Problem with activating the coupon code

I got the coupon code but it says it has been redeemed. but not by me.. i contacted google cloud run support team - through chat and its gives me billing account id which is not mine and confirmed someone else redeemed it.. so can i have another one please?. I also sent requesting support from the admin who sent me the coupon code with email. but he didnt answer me
could someone help me with this issue please !

    I have got coupon code when tried to redeem it says already redeemed am i joke to you. We keep effort and create billing account . Random person claims the coupon and my code failed
