Cloudflare outage

There was a major global Cloudflare outage On 18 November 2025 at 11:20 UTC to 17:06 UTC - https://blog.cloudflare.com/18-november-2025-outage/ .

Projects which use Cloudflare as DNS would have been affected during that time and would have been inaccessible (with error 500).

In case judges tried to visit the affected projects between 11:20 UTC to 17:06 UTC on Nov 18 they would have faced error 500 and the websites would have been inaccessible.

Kindly consider re-assessment of those projects.
